The Leaders of Russia (“Lideri Rossii”) competition, now in its 5th season, offered participants a firsthand look at best practices at Russia's top industrial site.
From January 24th to 26th, the Alabuga Special Economic Zone hosted an in-person program for participants in the 5th season of the Leaders of Russia competition
“Leaders of Russia is a flagship initiative of the Russia – Land of Opportunity (Rossiya strana vozmozhnostey) platform, dedicated to finding and nurturing the country's most driven leaders in both government and business. The program serves to identify individuals prepared to tackle significant challenges and dedicate their efforts to the betterment of Russia,” pointed out Mikhail Nusin, participant of the program.
The management competition offered participants a unique opportunity: to connect with company leaders across diverse departments, gain invaluable insights into the company's operations, and even compete for promising roles within the organization.
The presentation highlighted the company's pioneering spirit in project execution, showcasing how cutting-edge technologies and forward-thinking strategies drive success in today's rapidly evolving marketplace.
The itinerary featured tours of factories within the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (SEZ), offering insights into the corporate infrastructure of the management company. A highlight was a visit to Alabuga Polytech, a major educational center. Participants also engaged in a business simulation competition and a bandy game, fostering camaraderie and friendly competition.
