Alabuga’s educational solution is now being implemented at the government level in both Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan
Alabuga Special Economic Zone presented its Business Cats program, a financial literacy and entrepreneurship course for school students, at the III International Forum of Education Ministers "Shaping the Future", currently taking place in Kazan.
The program received high praise from Vladimir Medinsky, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, and Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation.
“This is a very good idea,” Medinsky stated, highlighting the program’s relevance and strong potential.
Business Cats is currently being actively integrated into supplementary education programs across CIS countries. More than 300 schools in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are already using the platform to teach students teamwork, personal budgeting, decision-making, and how to manage their own mini-businesses — all within an interactive, game-based environment.
Business Cats is a proprietary solution by Alabuga SEZ. The multiplayer business simulator not only helps assess students’ communication and analytical skills but also fosters strategic thinking, leadership, financial and entrepreneurial competencies.
