The main goal is to ensure economic, information and physical security, as well as to establish and implement access control procedures. Security and Access Control handles the implementation of one of the Company’s key projects – Face ID

The goals of digital transformation management include digitalization of business processes, and the implementation of new information systems, including project, personnel, finance, document, fixed assets management systems and other management systems

The main goal of the function is to provide legal support for the Company’s operations (legal review of Company’s draft agreements/contracts, representation of the Company in court, drafting and executing land lease contracts with residents and non-residents, etc.)

Accounting handles accounting of all financial transactions related to the Company’s operations, establishes accounting policies, manages tax accounts and all types of records

Marketing handles relations with federal and regional media, and organizes lead generation and Alabuga global brand recognition campaigns
